Weymouth’s new road
I am very interested in documenting the construction of the new road going into Weymouth.
I have taken a few photos from the edges of this development. I have a keen interest in the traces we leave behind, in how are environment comes into existence and the marks we leave behind.
Dorset has a rich heritage of ‘man made’ marks from ancient burial mounds to ongoing construction and farming work. People forget that the landscape we cherish has been altered constantly by us through the ages and I wish to simply record the changes going on now.
