I have a new release out on the Electronic Musik net label. This is a DIY label which specialises in experimental electronica and improvised music. Formed in 2000 it’s run by the Sound manipulator / Improvising musician Ian Simpson (aka Noise Research) and is non profit making which enables the label to release exactly what it wants.
My track, A Very Fine Needle, was featured on episode 89 of Futurónica, a broadcast in Rádio Manobras (91.5 MHz in Porto, 18h30) and Rádio Zero.
Very pleased to have been included in the first edition of Sound Diaries Newspaper. Along with details on my recording of some central heating pipes, you will also find interviews with James Saunders and Valeria Merlini, and writing from Felicity Ford and Paul Whitty.
The electro-music.com/EdP sound collage project “No Labels No Musics” have released their latest compliation and I am gald to say that it features one of my new compositions – Transitory.
I have a new album out – A30 – on my 51degreesNorth.net label. Where I am issuing limited edition CD-Rs. Packaged in cardboard sleeves, printed on 210gsm paper stock. To find out more about this release and hear tracks off the album, visit; www.51degreesnorth.net/a30
I have had an article, A Very Fine Needle, published in eContact. This is an electronic journal of electroacoustics. Published by the Canadian Electroacoustic Community since 1997.
